Community Engagement

Everleigh Solar Park Pty Ltd is committed to delivering lasting benefits for First Nations and local communities through employment, training, and social impact initiatives. Developed in consultation with stakeholders, key commitments include Barunggam employment roles integrated into the Cultural Heritage Management Plan, a certified job readiness program with TAFE Queensland and Chinchilla Chamber of Commerce, a community sustainability grants program, and strong local procurement policies supporting SMEs and First Nations businesses. These initiatives address priorities such as youth employment, equitable investment, and long-term skills development. Commitments will be reviewed and adapted with community input throughout the project’s construction and operation phases.
